TIC OS is an end to end software solution for certification bodies to manage the whole certification cycle: client onboarding, audit days calculation, quotes and contracts, planning andscheduling, auditor assignment, evidence collection, reporting, certification decision, certificate issuance and billing, with optional AI assistance. Everything lives in one system, with portals for clients, auditors and consulting partners, so information is entered once and reused at every step.
Accredited and non accredited certification bodies and conformity assessment providers working with ISO schemes such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO/IEC 27001, or similar frameworks. It fits small CBs that want to professionalise their operations as well as larger CBs with many standards, sites and external auditors. Larger internal audit teams following ISO schemes can use it too.

AI in TIC OS supports auditors at three points:
?Stage 1 audit agent. Checks uploaded documents before the audit and flags missing policies and evidence, so gaps can be raisedwith the client early.
?AI auditor guidance. Tags evidence to clauses and controls, suggests audit questions for gaps and proposes findings based on the expectations you configure.
?AI assistant. Answers questions about ISO standards, platform documentation and your own applications, audits andauditors.
The Standard plan costs �5 per certified client per month, with a volume discount from 500 certified clients or an agreed fixed annual price. All standard modules are included. Evidence is tied to findings, clauses and controls with full audit trails and version history. Documents can be organised in folders for both the CB and its clients. Retention windows are configurable per scheme or client policy, so you can meet both accreditation requirements and your clients' confidentiality expectations.
Yes. Any project can be exported, including reports, workpapers, attachments and logs, and data can be exported to Google Drive. APIs are available for the most common enterprise solutions, and custom integrations with ERP, HR, billing or compliance tools are available on Advanced.
The interface and client facingportal are available in English, German, Italian, Turkish, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, French, Danish, Portuguese and Mongolian, and further languages can be added on request. Email templates can be translated per language, and with the form builder you can draft content in any language and set the locale for reports.
